Where can I purchase Andata products?
Currently you can only purchase Andata products through our official website. However, join our mailing list and you will be the first ones to know when we announce new partners and authorized resellers.
Order issues
Can I update my order after it was placed?
Please email us at help@andata.us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. We will do our best to make the modifications as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
How can I check my order?
You can check your order status on your account page. You will also be notified via email including a tracking number after your order ships.
Shipping & Handling
How much is shipping?
$8.95 flat rate for all domestic orders within the USA (free shipping on orders over $35).
$24.95 flat rate for all international orders worldwide.
Yes, shipping is a bit expensive for now but we promise you we are doing all we can to negotiate better deals with logistic companies in order to pass on the savings to our customers. Stay tuned.
Where does Andata ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day and international orders via USPS Priority Mail International. However, international orders might experience longer delivery times due to delays by customs inspections.
When will my order ship?
We will process your order on the next business day that it was received. Delays can occur but rarely. We tend to stick to our schedules 99% of the time because we know the feeling of receiving that package in the mail.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
I'm having issues with my tracking number.
Chances are your order has been processed by us but not yet picked up by the carrier. Don't worry, try again a few hours later.
Return & Exchanges
How do I request for a return or exchange?
We are sorry to hear that you didn't love our products. Don't worry, simply reach out to us at help@andata.us with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return.
What is your return policy?
All requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. We will provide a return address and customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
